Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join a dynamic Experiential Design Firm near Hicksville, NY.
• As a Project Manager, you will assist through proposal development and then lead the process through project closeout punch lists. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and problem solving abilities, thriving in fast paced environments. The PM must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision on certain tasks while also accepting direction on given assignments. The PM should have the ability to find solutions with a positive attitude and flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• - Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
• - Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• - Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
• - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
• - Communicate project updates and status reports to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• - Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative or marketing agency
• - Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
• - Strong organizational and time-management skills
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• - Proficient in project management software and tools
• - Knowledge of creative processes and terminology is a plus
