• Customer Service Representative – Insurance & Financial Services

• Previous insurance experience is not required. • You will receive hands-on training, insurance education, professional coaching, and a proven process for taking care of customers and identifying additional ways we can help them.
• This role is a great opportunity to develop skills in customer relationship management, insurance planning, communication, account retention, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to existing customers by phone, email, and in person
• Help customers with policy questions, coverage changes, billing questions, and general account needs
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Review customer accounts and identify opportunities where additional insurance or financial products may better protect them
• Help customers understand their options and make informed decisions
• Follow up on customer requests and make sure issues are handled accurately and professionally
• Work toward individual and team service, retention, and account-growth goals
• Complete required insurance licensing and ongoing training
