• As our Customer Operations Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need. You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping to solve problems, answer questions, and create an amazing experience for everyone we work with. Your role is key to keeping our clients happy and our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• - Be the go-to person for customer questions and support your communication skills will shine!
• - Work closely with internal teams to make sure customers have a seamless experience.
• - Identify ways we can improve our customer service and make things even better.
• - Keep track of customer interactions and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• - Solve problems, think on your feet, and make our customers feel valued and heard.

Requirements

• - 2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or a similar role.
• - Fantastic communication skills you know how to explain things clearly and empathetically.
• - A problem-solvers mind set you love finding solutions and making things easier for others.
• - Detail-oriented and organized you stay on top of things and keep everything running smoothly.
• - Comfortable working remotely and juggling multiple tasks with ease.
• - Experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure (but not required!).
• - Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software.
• - Prior experience in a fast-growing company.
