- We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong portfolio showcasing their skills. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers and marketing team to create visual concepts that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience.
Responsibilities
- - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts for various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics
- - Create visually appealing and on-brand designs that effectively communicate our brand message
- - Use design software and tools to create high-quality graphics and layouts
- - Prepare and present design concepts to the team and incorporate feedback into final designs
- - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills
- - Assist with photo and video shoots for marketing materials as needed
- - Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors for printing and production of marketing materials
Requirements
- - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- - 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- - Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- - Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
- - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- - A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
- - Knowledge of the aerospace industry is a plus but not required
