• We're seeking a talented Senior Industrial Designer to join a dynamic product development team. This role requires a passion for enhancing people's lives through product design and a hands-on approach to bringing innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Product Design: Design products from concept to mass production, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including junior designers, to shape product strategy and vision.
• Prototyping: Develop prototypes using various methods, including 3D printing and working with fabrication teams.
• Supplier Management: Work with offshore suppliers to bring products to mass production.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform product design.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Design or a recognized equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar role designing quality consumer products.
• - Advanced-level Solidworks CAD skills.
• - Experience in design for manufacture, including plastic component design, steel fabrication, and textile development.
• - Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
• - An innovative thinker who can push boundaries and bring new ideas to the table.
• - A designer with a modernist approach, demonstrating intuitive understanding of balance, line, proportion, color, and finish.
• - Someone who is willing to travel overseas as required by the role.
