Responsibilities

• Design Development: Create high-quality designs for various channels, including digital, print, and multimedia.
• Project Management: Meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate with others to complete projects.
• Design Direction: Understand and bring to life the Creative Director's vision.
• Feedback and Criticism*: Give and receive constructive criticism to improve designs.

Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in graphic design.
• Software: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Skills: Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills.
• Portfolio: A portfolio of work that demonstrates passion for design.
