Job description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Banking Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with small to mid-sized business clients. This role is responsible for delivering tailored banking solutions, deepening client relationships, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction while maintaining strong risk and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of business clients, focusing on relationship building and revenue growth.
• Understand clients' financial needs and deliver appropriate banking solutions including loans, credit lines, treasury services, and deposits.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
• Provide excellent service and act as the primary point of contact for business clients.
• Analyze financial statements and credit reports to assess client creditworthiness and recommend loan structures.
• Work closely with internal departments (credit, risk, operations) to ensure timely processing and servicing of client requests.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, risk management standards, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 37 years of experience in business banking, commercial banking, or financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client satisfaction targets.
• Strong understanding of credit underwriting, financial analysis, and loan structuring.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and banking software.
