• Seeking a skilled UX/UI Contract Designer for an onsite position
• Talented designer with strong technical and soft skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Next-Generation CID GUI Drawing Production (40%)
• Learn and use dedicated GUI design and UX tools
• Collaborate with designers on GUI material creation
• Infotainment systems, Telematics, Cluster-meter
• Other input devices related to user experience
• CID GUI Screen Transition Diagram Production (20%)
• Create interactive, animated screens to test transitions and usability
• Use prototyping tools to present and iterate GUI designs with stakeholders
• UX Design Trend Research (20%)
• Explore trends in IVI and market research from a future-oriented perspective
• Analyze data and produce reports to inform design direction
• Coordinate research programs and competitive intelligence gathering
• Provide strategic insights based on strengths, weaknesses, and competitor analysis
• Understand and simulate how users will interact with future technology
• GUI Tool Skill Improvement (10%)
• Research new design tools and capabilities
• Participate in training and skill-building sessions

Requirements

• Experience in creative problem-solving
• Knowledge of UX and UI principles
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tool)
• Understanding of user testing methods (plus)
• Coding or 3D modeling skills (huge plus)
• Automotive industry experience (nice to have, not required)
• Degree in Design or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years)
• Experience with collaborative tools like Figma
• Strong design and problem-solving skills
