Responsibilities

• - Develop visually compelling graphic designs using software tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and Power Director and/or Premier.
• - Ensure designs meet organizational standards, accurately express ideas, and represent the company's identity effectively.
• - Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.
• - Evaluate existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance design capabilities.
• - Incorporate trend intelligence and market knowledge into the design and execution process.

Requirements

• - Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and Power Director and/or Premier.
• - Strong written and oral communication skills.
• - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• - Creativity and innovative design skills are a plus.
• - Entry/mid-level position with ample room for growth.
