• Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Mission Critical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of mission-critical electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives.
• Monitor project financial performance, productivity, and profitability.
• Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain exceptional communication with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and internal leadership.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and developing project professionals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing mission-critical, data center, industrial, or large commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Willingness to travel on a rotational schedule.

• Base Salary: Approximately $150,000–$175,000
