We have an immediate position available for a senior electrical design professional with expertise coordinating BIM models in the Bentley OpenPlant environment. Your responsibilities will include coordination with multi-discipline teams to produce innovative three-dimensional design models and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• The power utility market is undergoing rapid and dramatic changes, with drivers such as artificial intelligence and the electrification of infrastructure expected to create exponential load growth for power utilities across North America. In response, the company is expanding its Energy & Power Solutions team to expand the delivery of reliable power solutions to the North American market.

Requirements

• Post: Bentley OpenPlant Electrical Designer Senior
• Advanced Proficiency with Bentley OpenPlant
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to meet project requirements and deadlines
• Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively on multi-disciplinary teams
• At least 5 years experience producing complex BIM models and construction drawings in an engineering and consulting environment.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of electrical equipment and systems
