• We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Travel Concierge to join our team. In this role, you will provide customized travel planning services, assist clients with booking needs, and deliver exceptional customer service from inquiry to trip completion.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements
• Research, plan, and book travel experiences including flights, hotels, resorts, and cruises
• Provide recommendations and insider tips to enhance client experiences
• Manage client itineraries and ensure accuracy of travel documents
• Deliver high-quality service before, during, and after travel
