In this role, you will craft personalized itineraries, recommend experiences, manage bookings, and ensure each client enjoys a seamless, stress-free, and memorable travel experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist clients with designing customized travel experiences, booking changes, cancellations, and special accommodations.
• Provide accurate and current information regarding destinations, attractions, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
• Maintain organized client records and ensure clear communication throughout the planning and booking process.
• Follow up with clients prior to travel and after their trip to confirm details and gather feedback.
• Resolve concerns with empathy, creativity, and effective problem-solving.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience; travel, tourism, or hospitality experience is a plus.
