- Work Arrangement: Hybrid – must report to the client site in Colorado Springs 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
- Blue Rose is seeking a Java Developer to help build web and backend applications and services supporting a credentialing and case management system.
- The developer will work with Java/Spring-based REST APIs, Web 2.0 technologies, and a continuous integration environment. You will join a development team building the next generation of customer engagement systems supporting federal service agencies.
- This position requires an Active Final Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise applications using Java.
- Build and support web and backend applications and services.
- Develop and integrate Java/Spring-based REST APIs.
- Support credentialing and case management system capabilities.

- Collaborate with a team of developers building customer engagement solutions for federal service agencies.

Requirements
- 4+ years of Java development experience building enterprise applications.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience developing and implementing software solutions using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Java.
- 1+ years of experience using Java development tools such as Eclipse, JUnit, and Git.
- Ability to report to the client site in Colorado Springs, CO three days per week – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Active Final Secret Security Clearance. Interim Secret clearances and Interim Top-Secret clearances are not authorized.
- Experience supporting a large-scale Federal IT program.
- Experience working within the SAFe Agile delivery framework.
