• A Business Manager is responsible for driving operational effectiveness through workforce planning, financial management, and business governance while serving as a strategic partner to leadership. The role oversees headcount planning, workforce analytics, organizational reporting, budget forecasting, expense management, contract and vendor governance, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with business objectives. Key skill sets include financial analysis and budgeting, headcount forecasting, contract lifecycle management, data analytics and reporting (Excel, Power BI, dashboards), stakeholder management, strategic planning, process improvement, risk and compliance oversight, vendor management, and strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights for senior management decision-making.
