Responsibilities

- Prepare and draft legal documents, including but not limited to pleadings, motions, and briefs.

- Negotiate settlements in complex legal disputes.
- Maintain updated knowledge of relevant laws and legal developments.
Requirements
- degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on business and commercial law, and litigation.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal principles clearly and effectively.
