- Apex Virtual Solutions is seeking an experienced inside (phone) sales representative for our client in Minnesota, Minneapolis. This position is 100% remote. Our client is an established company with a collaborative culture that values creativity, integrity, and a passion for excellence.
- This is a contract position. The compensation is $15-17 per hour for 10-15 hours per week with a 10% commission. Average sales per client range from $1500 to $11,000.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing customers via phone to introduce our print and digital marketing solutions.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in phone sales or telemarketing, preferably in the communications or technology sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
