- The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential exterior remodeling projects from contract through completion.
- You'll coordinate with homeowners, installation crews, warehouse personnel, suppliers, inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to our quality standards.
- This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities
- Accurately measure replacement windows and doors
- Order products using manufacturer ordering portals
- Develop and manage installation schedules
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and deliveries
- Maintain proactive communication with homeowners throughout each project
- Review installation photos and inspection reports
- Schedule municipal inspections
- Coordinate warranty service and customer punch lists
- Manage project logistics and jobsite readiness
- Monitor project profitability and job costs
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Requirements

- Ability to accurately measure replacement windows and doors
- Experience placing manufacturer orders through online ordering portals

- Comfortable learning new technology (we'll train you on our WW360 CRM system)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
- Construction management experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
