Responsibilities

• Answer patient calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule appointments within our network of physicians
• Take and route messages quickly and accurately
• Help create a smooth, stress-free experience for every patient

Requirements

• Friendly, service-minded personality
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests
• Clear communicator with staff and the public
• Computer savvy and able to follow policies and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Medical terminology course (preferred)
• 1+ year work experience (medical office preferred)
• Prior call center experience (preferred)
