• As a Barista (Café Associate), you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest.
• While the main focus is on café operations such as beverage and food preparation, you will also have opportunities to introduce our cosmetic and spa products through natural conversation.
• This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, loves learning new things, and wants to grow in a creative, lifestyle-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service with a positive attitude
• Take and process orders accurately using the POS system, handle payments, and ensure smooth transactions
• Prepare beverages such as coffee and espresso drinks, fresh juices, matcha jelly drinks, and desserts while following proper hygiene and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness in all café areas (tables, counters, floors, and restrooms)
• Naturally introduce and promote cosmetics and spa services while interacting with guests
• Support team operations, assist in training new members, and communicate effectively with the manager
• Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Able to think independently and take initiative
• Enjoys engaging with customers and sharing product information naturally
• Strong sense of hospitality and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive and flexible mindset
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluent in English (Japanese language skills a plus)
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous café or retail experience preferred, but not required
