• Paid 3-Week Training Provided. No Wireless Experience Required.

• You can hold a real conversation with anyone, from first-time phone buyers to small business owners
• You pick up new tech fast (iPads, POS systems, carrier apps) with no hand-holding needed

• You listen to the customer first and sell second; the best solution wins the sale

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset
• Previous retail or sales experience
• Bilingual skills
• Hospitality background
• Familiarity with wireless products and services
