- DANE is seeking a Technical Operations Generalist with 5+ years of IT experience and a broad background across enterprise technology environments. This is not a specialized technical role, nor is it a traditional Project Manager position.
- Instead, we're looking for a versatile technology professional who thrives at the intersection of operations, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across multiple technology domains, including databases, operating systems, applications, BI/reporting, and infrastructure.
- In this role, you'll partner with technical teams to coordinate operational activities, resolve complex issues, drive initiatives forward, and ensure technology services run effectively. At DANE, we value individuals who are self-motivated, technically curious, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities
- · Support day-to-day IT operations and technical initiatives.
- · Work across infrastructure, database, application, BI/reporting, and support teams.
- · Coordinate technical activities, issues, dependencies, and follow-ups.
- · Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of operational technology issues.
- · Track technical tasks and ensure activities are completed on time.
- · Help document systems, processes, issues, and technical procedures.
- · Communicate effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- · Take ownership of assigned technical initiatives and drive them through completion.
- · Support technology upgrades, changes, implementations, and operational improvements.

Requirements
