- We're a growing moving company serving customers across the Northeast, run from our office in Sunrise, FL, and we're looking for a driven inside sales rep to own our incoming leads and turn them into booked moves. This is a phone-, text-, and email-based sales role — you'll be the first voice customers hear and the reason they choose us. We'll train you our way, so you don't need years of experience — you need hustle, a great attitude, and the willingness to learn and get coached.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to inbound leads by phone, text, and email
- Build quotes, explain our services, and follow up until the job is booked
- Keep in touch with prospects and past customers to win repeat and referral business
- Log your calls, quotes, and bookings so nothing falls through the cracks
- Hit (and beat) weekly and monthly booking goals
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — this is a must, as many of our customers are Spanish-speaking
- A natural communicator who's comfortable on the phone and quick over text and email
- Coachable and eager to learn — we'll teach you our sales process
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated when working remotely
- Sales, customer service, or call-center experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
