Job description

• The Staff HR Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting, configuring, enhancing, and maintaining the organization's HR technology landscape, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and Workforce Software solutions. This role serves as a key liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure the efficient operation of HR systems, integrations, and business-critical processes.
• The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, a deep understanding of HR processes and data, and experience working with system configuration, reporting, payroll, time management, and integrations. The role requires a collaborative and consultative approach to delivering reliable technology solutions and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and Workforce Software applications.
• Configure and maintain HR and payroll system functionality, business rules, workflows, and integrations.
• Support payroll, workforce management, and core HR processes across multiple regions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, payroll, and integration-related issues.
• Support integrations between HR systems, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to deliver enhancements and projects.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, release management, and change implementation activities.
