Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
- Present vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly
- Conduct test drives and vehicle walk‑arounds
- Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships
- Work closely with management, finance, and support staff
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
Requirements
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus, not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry
- Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Benefits

- The Sales Associate (Retail) position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following compensation elements:
- Hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, role level, and performance
- Commission compensation, which may be earned based on the value or amount of closed vehicle sales
- Commission compensation may be $0.00 if no sales are made, with no fixed upper limit other than sales performance
- The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $16.90 to $31.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by job‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Commission compensation is not guaranteed.
