- Enjoy building relationships and making an impact? Step into a customer-focused role at Stretch Zone where you’ll support member success, contribute to team goals, and help people move and feel their best!
Responsibilities
- Educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching while meeting performance and sales targets
- Create a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions, answering phones, and assisting with questions or concerns
- Strengthen long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Comprehensive training provided
- Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others
- Openness to learning and growing in a new skill set
