Job description
- Join CSI, a growing leader in stainless-steel process systems for the food, dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. We’re looking for a driven Project Manager to lead piping and process system projects from concept through completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple phases of projects from initiation to closing
- Develop quotes, proposals, and project scopes
- Design process piping systems with Engineering support
- Create P&IDs and layouts
- Coordinate with customers, field crews, and subcontractors
- Track project cost, schedule, and performance
- Maintain project schedules (MS Project / Gantt charts)
- Support installation teams and manage work at job sites as needed
- Provide project updates to customers and ensure overall satisfaction
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in process systems, piping, or project management
- Experience in industrial or food processing environments
- Background in piping design, fabrication, or installation
- Strong communication, organization, and customer-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Willingness to travel
