- FASTSIGNS #440101 in Guaynabo, PR is looking for a driven and personable B2B Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll be the face of our brand , building lasting relationships with business clients and helping them find the perfect visual communication solutions. Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new B2B client relationships through outbound sales calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to order fulfillment and follow-up
- Consult with business clients to understand their signage and visual communication needs
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product recommendations
- Coordinate with production team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through exceptional customer service and proactive outreach
- Track leads, sales activity, and client interactions using CRM tools
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Experience in signage, print, or visual communications is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
