Job description

• We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at FASTSIGNS in Lacey. We’re a locally owned shop with a small team, and we work closely together to help businesses create signage that makes an impact.
• If you enjoy working with people, helping solve problems and come up with solutions, and being part of a small team, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Learn how to create quotes, enter orders, and keep projects on track
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person
• Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and keep jobs moving
• Build strong relationships and turn new customers into repeat clients

Requirements

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
• Great listening and organization skills
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
