- We are hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors and individuals who want to remain safe and independent in their own homes.
- This position is specifically for caregivers seeking consistent full-time employment in the Indianapolis area. You'll work directly with clients in their homes, providing personalized care while becoming part of an established home care organization with a strong support team and an exceptional employee benefits package.

Responsibilities
- • Provide one-on-one care in clients' homes
- • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care
- • Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- • Prepare meals and snacks
- • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- • Provide companionship and meaningful interaction
- • Provide medication reminders
- • Assist with errands and grocery shopping
- • Accompany clients to appointments when needed
- • Observe and report changes in client condition
- • Follow individualized care plans to help clients maintain their independence
Requirements
- • Must be at least 18 years old
- • Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, assisted living, or personal care experience preferred
- • CNA or Home Health Aide experience is a plus
- • Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- • Dependable and interested in consistent full-time employment
- • Compassionate, patient, and professional
- • Strong communication skills
- • Reliable transportation preferred
- • Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screenings
