• We are looking for a highly organized and solutions-driven Travel Operations Consultant to support and optimize travel planning and booking processes. In this role, you will ensure seamless coordination of travel services while delivering exceptional client experiences behind the scenes. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end travel operations including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities
• Oversee booking accuracy, confirmations, and itinerary management
• Troubleshoot travel issues and provide timely solutions for clients and advisors
• Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and vendors
• Monitor reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds
• Ensure compliance with company policies and travel industry standards
• Assist in improving operational workflows and efficiency
• Support Travel Advisors with backend logistics and documentation

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with travel booking systems or CRM tools preferred
