Marketing Assistant - Multifamily at Advanced Asset Management in Albuquerque, NM, USA

Job description

• We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to support AAM Living's marketing activities across its property portfolio. This part-time, temporary role will assist with marketing campaigns, social media, content, community outreach, promotional activities, and general marketing coordination.
• The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day marketing activities across AAM Living properties.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, flyers, promotional content, and property information.
• Assist with social media content, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Help promote available properties, amenities, events, specials, and resident programs.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives designed to increase visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Assist with community outreach, local events, networking activities, and promotional opportunities.
• Coordinate with property and leasing teams to gather information, photos, updates, and marketing materials.
• Help maintain property listings and marketing information across relevant platforms.
• Track marketing activities, leads, campaigns, and follow-ups.
• Assist with collecting and organizing marketing performance data and reports.
• Monitor competitor activity, local marketing opportunities, and relevant trends.
• Help maintain organized marketing files, calendars, and campaign materials.
• Support the Marketing Manager and broader marketing team with additional projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months–1 year of experience in marketing, social media, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Experience in real estate, property management, multifamily, or hospitality is a plus.
