- As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Rick Prevatt - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

Before becoming an agent, I worked for State Farm corporate, which provided valuable experience and helped shape the way I lead and support our team today. I’m a graduate of the University of North Florida in Jacksonville and a proud spouse, parent of three adult children, and grandparent. I enjoy staying active, especially through sports and spending time outdoors.
