Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Requirements
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Before becoming an agent, I worked for State Farm corporate, which provided valuable experience and helped shape the way I lead and support our team today. I’m a graduate of the University of North Florida in Jacksonville and a proud spouse, parent of three adult children, and grandparent. I enjoy staying active, especially through sports and spending time outdoors.
