- We’ve recently partnered with a new client and are building 2–3 marketing teams around top performers. We’re looking for people with experience in restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or other fast-paced environments who are ready to turn those skills into a long-term career. While this is an entry-level position, our goal is to train top performers into Managing Director roles within a year.
Responsibilities
- Representing and presenting our clients’ marketing campaigns
- Building relationships with customers and clients
- Tracking team KPIs and reporting results
- Managing client site relationships
- Participating in networking events and presentations
- Conducting market research and identifying new opportunities
Requirements
- Retail, restaurant, hospitality, bartending or customer service experience
- Confident and comfortable talking to all types of people
- Strong team player with a competitive mindset
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Local or able to relocate within 2–3 weeks
