• ENTRY-LEVEL MARKETING & MANAGEMENT — RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE A PLUS
• We’ve recently partnered with a new client in NYC and are building 2–3 marketing teams around top performers. We’re looking for people with experience in restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or other fast-paced environments who are ready to turn those skills into a long-term career. While this is an entry-level position, our goal is to train top performers into Managing Director roles within a year.

Responsibilities

• Representing and presenting our clients’ marketing campaigns
• Building relationships with customers and clients
• Tracking team KPIs and reporting results
• Managing client site relationships
• Participating in networking events and presentations
• Conducting market research and identifying new opportunities

Requirements

• Restaurant, hospitality, bartending or customer service experience
• Confident and comfortable talking to all types of people
• Strong team player with a competitive mindset
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Based in NYC or able to relocate within 2–3 weeks
