Job description

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.
• This position will support the Water/Wastewater division, managing projects primarily throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area and North Texas. Projects may occasionally extend into surrounding North Texas communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
• Lead subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and overall financial performance.
• Review and interpret contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and contract requirements.
• Track project progress and address issues affecting schedule, budget, or quality.
• Coordinate project activities from preconstruction through final completion.
• Oversee project closeout and final documentation.
• Support successful delivery of Water/Wastewater construction projects throughout North Texas.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with Water/Wastewater or infrastructure construction preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and contract administration.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and competing priorities.
