- The Manufacturing Business/Operations Analyst supports plant and supply‐chain operations by collecting and
- analyzing production, quality, inventory, and cost data to identify improvement opportunities, optimize
- throughput, and reduce production costs. The role partners with production, engineering, quality, procurement,
- and finance teams to drive data‐driven decisions and implement process improvements.
Responsibilities
- 1. Support plant operations analysis.
- 2. Serve as advisor to the Plant Manager’s office and consolidate site expense analysis.
- 3. Establish the advisory unit’s organization and operating model and enable effective communication with commercial teams.
- 4. Provide commercial teams with competitive advantage assessments and preliminary pricing analysis for plant.
Requirements
- • Graduated from university or above, major in Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience
- • 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing analysis, operations analysis, or continuous roles.
- o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Advanced Excel (pivot tables,
- Power Query, advanced formulas).
- o Strong attention to detail, time management and multitasking ability.
- o Strong interpersonal skills and cross-departmental coordination experience.
- o Languages: English required.
