Job description
- We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to drive growth in the xPU space. In this role, you will develop comprehensive sales strategies, manage key customer accounts, and identify new business opportunities. You will work closely with the internal strategy team to align market insights with company goals and execute successful business capture plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business capture efforts, including identifying, qualifying, and securing new opportunities within the xPU and memory semiconductor landscape.
- Build and maintain key business contacts essential for driving successful business growth and long-term relationship development.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define project bring-up and qualification plans.
- Monitor and analyze customer demand and market data to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges
- Define marketing strategies and budget plans for business development, networking events, and related activities.
Requirements
- Educational Background: An Engineering degree is preferred. An MBA or equivalent business management experience is highly desirable and a strong asset.
- Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor sales, account management, or business development
- Semiconductor Knowledge: A strong understanding of the memory semiconductor industry and the overall IT industry landscape is required.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Korean (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication across global teams.
- Key Attributes: A passionate self-starter with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, combined with a relationship-oriented personality to foster robust internal and external connections.
