- This position is responsible for providing the highest level of recruitment and staffing services to Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) leaders by delivering top nursing talent. Recruits potential candidates for nursing positions, screens and interviews applicants to determine preferences, limitations and qualifications. Refers qualified applicants to appropriate hiring authority. Coordinates internal movement of nursing employees. Maintains excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates and the community at-large.
Responsibilities
- Providing the highest level of recruitment and staffing services to Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) leaders by delivering top nursing talent
- Recruiting potential candidates for nursing positions
- Screening and interviewing applicants to determine preferences, limitations and qualifications
- Referring qualified applicants to appropriate hiring authority
- Coordinating internal movement of nursing employees
- Maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates and the community at-large
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum 3-4 years of recruiting experience
- Lead generation
- Managing internal and external recruitment processes
- Extending offers

- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- High volume recruitment experience
- Healthcare or nursing recruitment background
