Responsibilities

• Omni Fiber is expanding rapidly and we're looking for driven Business Account Executives to help bring next-generation fiber internet to businesses in our Mansfield, OH markets.
• This is an opportunity to own your territory, build your book of business, and earn uncapped commissions while helping local businesses access world-class connectivity.
• Prospect and develop new business through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals
• Sell fiber internet, voice, and TV solutions to commercial customers
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to identify customer needs
• Attend community events and business networking opportunities
• Build and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce or CRM tools
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience from sale to installation

Requirements

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience working toward sales quotas and revenue targets
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience
• Salesforce experience (preferred)
• Telecommunications, ISP, or technology sales background (preferred)
