- IntegriChain is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support the company’s growing commercial, product, and regulatory needs. This role will work closely with our Sales, Product, Finance, and other teams to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice across a range of issues.
- Reports to SVP, Legal.
- The ideal candidate brings a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal and compliance considerations associated with business operations
- Support privacy, data security, and information governance initiatives, including incident response
- Partner with product and engineering teams on legal issues related to data use, analytics, AI, and platform functionality
- Assist with corporate governance and internal policies
- Support dispute resolution, audits, and investigations
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum of 2 years relevant legal experience (law firm and/or in-house)
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Functional knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy generally, and healthcare regulatory frameworks
- Experience in Intellectual Property (IP) Management a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
