- MBSS Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to generate new business across regulated medical waste, hazardous waste transportation and disposal, and same-day/overnight courier services. The Sales Executive owns the full sales cycle — from prospecting through signed agreement and successful handoff to the service team.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Initiate daily outbound calls and schedule meetings
- Present company services and prepare proposals and contracts
- Follow up consistently to close opportunities
- Maintain CRM with accurate notes, pipeline, and activity records
- Manage the sales pipeline and meet revenue goals
- Coordinate with operations and customer service for seamless onboarding and handoff of new accounts
- Build long-term customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, closing, and CRM skills
- Professional communication and self-motivation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
