• The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for managing the full construction process for our residential and small commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• · Initiate projects, evaluate, sell, and educate customers on the reconstruction process.
• · Identify and document scope of work.
• · Write and review estimates.
• · Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimates.
• · Review budgets, establish payment terms.
• · Create project schedule and timeline.
• · Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
• · Negotiate subcontractor terms and set expectations.
• · Plan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractors.
• · Schedule subcontractors and material suppliers.
• · Ensure all work performed complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
• · Track and analyze job cost.
• · Manage the Customer experience.
• · Compile and resolve punch list items
• · Perform final walk-through with customer.
• · Manage warranty activities.
• · Assist with collections.

Requirements

• · Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• · Construction estimating software proficiency, preferably, Xactimate.
• · Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
