• The Contents and Warehouse Operations Manager leads, motivates, and supports a Contents & Warehouse division —
• contents pack-out, cleaning, textiles, storage, and the warehouse function — to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue
• growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. They oversee all operational activities and
• pursue operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• • Continuously pursue strategic and operational objectives.
• • Oversee the management of operational activities.
• • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the
• organization.
• • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.
• • Manage staff development of the Contents & Warehouse division.
• • Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory
• requirements.
• • Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
• • Review, document, and discuss operational outcomes and key measures with the Managing Director.
• • Analyze the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's
• internal capacity.
• • Maintain the development of leadership and management skills, as well as contents, textiles, and warehouse expertise.
• • Other tasks/duties as required by employer.

Requirements

• • High School Diploma/GED required, Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
• • Industry certifications strongly preferred.
• • Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations.
• • Minimum 3 years management experience.
• • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
• • Effective written and oral communication skills.
• • Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
