- The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for BPA execution and is responsible for program oversight, resource management, task order coordination, reporting, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple task orders and project teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison to Government leadership and COR.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and workload management.
- Prepare monthly status reports and quarterly program reviews.
- Monitor risks, issues, and corrective actions.
- Ensure contract compliance and quality delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP certification preferred.
- 10+ years of federal program or project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

- The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
