Job description

• Join Molex's two-year Finance Development Program, designed to accelerate early-career finance talent into future finance leaders. Through two one-year rotations across different Molex divisions or Corporate Finance, you'll gain hands-on experience in FP&A, Finance Operations, and Commercial Finance while building a broad understanding of our business. You'll take ownership of meaningful work that directly supports forecasting, planning, business performance, and decision-making while developing the skills and relationships needed to succeed in a long-term finance career. Along the way, you'll work alongside experienced leaders, drive business improvement initiatives, and gain exposure to senior finance leadership.
• Upon completion, you'll be prepared for Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Business Partner opportunities, supported by cross-divisional experience, a strong professional network, and priority consideration for select finance openings across Molex.
• The Finance Development Program (FDP) is a cohort-based experience that combines on-the-job learning, professional development, mentorship, and leadership exposure. You'll partner with finance teams across Molex's global business, gaining insights into how finance supports operations, commercial strategy, and long-term growth. Our goal is to develop versatile finance professionals who are prepared to take on increasing levels of responsibility and impact across Molex.

Responsibilities

• Complete two one-year rotations: Year 1 in FP&A at a Molex division or Corporate, and Year 2 at a different division focused on either Finance Operations or Commercial Finance
• Own a recurring monthly deliverable end-to-end within your host team’s cadence, including forecast, flash, and close activities
• Deliver a quantified improvement project each year with measurable business impact, scoped with your host team
• Present your work to a finance leadership group at the end of each rotation
• Support the annual operating plan and monthly forecast while building P&L fluency from revenue through EBITDA
• Progress through the program as part of a cohort, with quarterly Program Director touchpoints and regular exposure to Finance Leadership
• Communicate effectively across teams and cultures as part of a global organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027 (the 2026–2027 graduating class)
• Availability to begin the program on or before August 1, 2027
• Willingness to relocate, as analysts will change divisions and may change location between Year 1 and Year 2 of the program. Relocation support is provided when applicable
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic financial modeling
• Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data, investigate variances, and summarize key takeaways
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
• Previous finance or accounting internship or co-op experience
• Experience with SAP, OneStream, and/or Power BI (or similar tools)
• Progress toward CPA, MBA, or other relevant certification/education
• Leadership experience in campus organizations, case competitions, or part-time work

• For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
