• Job Description: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as a Securities Processing Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for executing routine transactions with general supervision, referring the most complex and risk-related transactions to management. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be proficient in handling physical certificate details in the Access Database.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, count, verify, file, and acknowledge physical certificate details in the Access Database.
• Assess discrepancies, problems, and gather information for escalation as needed.
• Execute routine transactions with general supervision, referring complex transactions to management.
• Support department adherence to AML/BSA policies and procedures set forth by various regulatory bodies.
• Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Associate degree in a related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days a week.
