Job description

• ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed network operator by Energy Co to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV), the design and construct (D&C) consortium, will design and build the Central-West Orana REZ transmission project.
• The Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) Transmission Project will build new high-capacity transmission lines, energy hubs and supporting infrastructure to transfer power generated by solar and wind projects to electricity consumers. The new infrastructure is expected to be operational by 2028 and will initially unlock up to 4.5 gigawatts of new network capacity.
• The project consists of 90km of 500kV overhead transmission lines and 150 km of 330kV transmission lines for generator connections, stretching from Elong Elong in the west through to Barigan Creek in the east, via an energy hub at Merotherie.

Responsibilities

• Our Merotherie camp accommodates up to 1,200 workers at peak, and keeping that many people housed, moving and settled in takes careful coordination. You'll be right at the centre of it, working alongside our Training team to keep camp life running smoothly for the whole project workforce. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Coordinating and managing camp bookings to support the needs of the project workforce.
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Training team and broader project functions.
• Liaising with training providers to coordinate and support onsite and online training.
• Building positive, professional relationships with employees, contractors, training providers and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Assisting with worker interfaces to ensure training, mobilisation and project requirements are met efficiently.
• Supporting site access and competency management through 3D Safety — full training will be provided.
• Helping ensure employees have the information, support and access they need to successfully mobilise and work on site.
• Contributing to a positive and well-organised employee experience throughout the mobilisation and project journey.

Requirements

• You're organised and personable, with a knack for keeping plans on track even when priorities shift. You communicate clearly with people across the project, and enjoy being part of a busy, collaborative team.
• At least 1 year's experience in an administrative or coordination role.
• Experience in training, construction, safety, engineering or a similar project environment is highly regarded.
• Strong general computer and administration skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, professional and solutions-focused approach.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a busy environment.
• A Construction Industry White Card.
• Your own reliable transport.
• The ability to work from our Merotherie office, Monday to Friday.
