Responsibilities
- Decisions impact the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own function/client group; contributions may result in business or process improvements
- Manages medium to large sized projects with moderate to high risk; solution may require collaboration among cross-functional teams; there may be multiple interdependencies, and the solution could impact many applications
- Solves highly complex problems and is able to identify viable and often innovative options, and uses analytical skills and judgment to recommend an appropriate solution
- Helps drive process and manage projects

- Drives change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization and contributing to development of training

Requirements
- Bachelors degree plus 10 years of related project/program management experience
- Masters degree plus 7 years of related experience
- Prior experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to manage various stakeholders expectations
- Proven ability to define program scores, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects
- Provide training and lead by example to new team members
- Masters certification in project/program management
- Industry experience with Semiconductor or Manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and analytical skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a challenging environment
